We Provide Temporary Housing

Cinco Charities, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing temporary housing for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment in our local medical facilities for a serious medical condition. Cinco Charities has been providing housing since 2008, and believes that the best way to acheive our mission is to provide a safe haven for those who need a place to stay while loved ones are recuperating.

Cinco Charities has partnered with several local hotels, and in the case of long term stays, even with private rental property owners to provide warm, comfortable, home-like settings so families can concentrate on what's most important - getting better. The local facilities are all located within a 5 mile radius of existing and future medical providers and public transportation is available.

We extend our reach and impact by leveraging our cumulative years of experience and strong relationships within the community as well as the medical and support personnel of current and future medical service providers. We continually work to improve and expand our core programs, while also developing plans to meet the future needs of the constantly changing medical community.

We don't do it alone. We rely on our Friends of Cinco Charities as well as our friends within the National Association of Hospital Hospitality Housing to identify needs and best practices and carry out our mission on the ground. We rely on our strong relationships with the medical community to provide access to health care. We rely on strategic alliances with organizations that have the knowledge and infrastructure to extend our reach. We rely on you - our donors, volunteers, staff and friends.
