Applying for Assistance

Most of our guests find us either through the internet, referral sites such as NAHHH or local social workers within our community hospitals. Our community referral partners can provide patients and their families with copies of our application which can then be submitted via email or fax. In addition, applications can now be made online by click Apply for Housing on the left. Your submissions will get to us either way!

It's a Process

Reviewing and verifying your application is a process that we must follow - please understand that sometimes this process is not easy. Our Guest Services committee is committed to providing quick approvals and helping to coordinate your stay. Our organization, along with you, your referral, and the hospital all have to work together to make this process work. It should all be a lot easier once our facility is built!

What Do I Do Once Approved?

Our Guest Services committee will guide you through our process, providing locations of local hotels, your contacts once there, and will generally provide a direct contact number for you to use should you have any problems with your lodging.

Cinco Charities will cover the cost of your lodging only - any other special services that the hotel may provide are the responsibility of the guest. The hotel may require a personal credit card for incidentals upon checkin.
