Twenty-one players took the “Challenge” of the 100 hole golf marathon at the Don Hennigan Memorial Golf Event. The morning started with Cinco Charities® board members, Lou Boxleitner, Ginger Hopper, Pat Mahaffey and Brian Varvel, greeting, meeting and thanking the players and guest supporters. Annie Starkey, Project Manager/ Regional Care Centers for MD Anderson was also present at the starting lineup to help cheer on the players.

On April 18th 128 golfers participated in the 6th annual Keller Williams Premier charity golf tournament at beautiful River Ridge Golf Course. The annual tournament benefits Cinco Charities, a 501.c.3 non profit corporation founded by the real estate firm. The mission of Cinco Charities is to provide temporary housing in a warm, safe environment for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for a serious medical condition.

04/22/2010 – On April 19th, 2010, Keller Williams Realty Katy @ Cinco Ranch hosted their 5th Annual Golf Classic benefitting Cinco Charities®. The tournament, held at River Ridge Golf Course, boasted over 100 players, assisted by 50+ Keller Williams’ volunteers and supported by over 40 Katy area businesses through generous donations of funds, goods and services. This year’s tournament raised over $16,000; bringing the five year total to over $105,000 to further the mission and goals of Cinco Charities®.

Cinco Charities, Inc., a local non-profit devoted to provided temporary housing for patients and their families, today announced that its inaugural Charity Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament helped raise nearly $12,000 to support its mission and vision. The event marked the first of it’s kind in Cinco Ranch and 100% of the night’s proceeds go directly towards helping families in need in the Katy area. Over 125 players, individuals and local companies donated time, goods and personal money towards the October 23, 2009 event, making the fundraiser a smashing success!
